1. Services Description

Advanced Learning Academy provides cognitive and personal assessment services including:

• Real World IQ®: Cognitive intelligence assessment
• Real Bio Age™: Biological age assessment
• RELIQ™: Relationship intelligence assessment

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. Account Registration

For affiliate accounts, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Payment Terms

• All prices are in US Dollars
• Payment is required before accessing assessments
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• Refunds may be requested within 30 days if you have not completed the assessment

5. Assessment Results

Important Disclaimers:

• Our assessments are for educational and informational purposes only
• Results should not be used as the sole basis for major life decisions
• Real World IQ® is not a clinical IQ test and results are not comparable to standardized psychological assessments
• Real Bio Age™ provides estimates based on lifestyle factors and is not a medical diagnosis
• RELIQ™ provides insights into relationship patterns and is not a substitute for professional counseling

6. Intellectual Property

All content, assessments, methodologies, and branding are the exclusive property of Advanced Learning Academy. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our assessment content
• Reverse engineer our scoring algorithms
• Use our trademarks without written permission
• Share assessment questions or answers publicly

7. Affiliate Program

Participants in our affiliate program agree to:

• Promote our services honestly and accurately
• Comply with FTC disclosure requirements
• Not use spam, misleading advertising, or unethical tactics
• Not bid on our branded keywords in paid advertising

We reserve the right to terminate affiliate accounts for violations.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our services
• Submit false or misleading information
• Take assessments on behalf of another person

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Advanced Learning Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Advanced Learning Academy from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
